Friday Opening Dinner

Join us on Friday the 30th of October 2026…

Start your Wales Whisky Fest weekend with a bang, for the official start of the festival at our exclusive opening dinner, held at our stunning new venue!

This year’s dinner will be a true celebration of Wales. We're featuring a specially selected four-course meal showcasing the very best of fresh, local Welsh produce. Each course will be expertly paired with four different Welsh whiskies sourced from distilleries around the country.

We are thrilled to announce for the first time, we will be holding a charity whisky auction in aid of the Royal British Legion. The auction will feature exclusive one-off bottlings and other unique whisky-related items. Please note: you must be a ticket holder for the Wales Whisky Fest event to participate in the bidding. Bidding arrangements will be announced with the auction lots in the new year. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Royal British Legion a worthy cause.

We will once again have guest speakers from the whisky world and some other surprises to be announced. The dress code is lounge suits for men and equivalent smart evening wear for women (black tie is not required).

The evening will begin with arrival at 6pm. Please see the full menu below and we will once again have a menu pre-order system (an email link will be provided to ticket holders closer to the date). Dietary requirements will be catered for so please state your needs upon booking, along with any accessibility requirements, so we can improve your experience.

Tickets are super exclusive this year, with only 80 tickets in total and only 25 early bird tickets available. They are expected to sell out fast with the new format, so once they're gone, they're gone! All tickets are non-refundable and transferable only within this event.
